Salish Seaweed Soap
Inspired by the tumultuous sea, vibrant greens, indigo, thick swirls of dried kelp powder and bladderwack seaweed. Bladderwrack, better known in these parts as “sea grape” grows abundantly along the shore on rocks and is tied to traditional medicine, it offers soothing and softening properties as well as acting as a natural exfoliating agent to remove dead skin.
Ingredients: olive oil, organic coconut oil, distilled water, fair trade shea butter, grape seed oil, sodium hydroxide (lye,) sweet almond oil, castor oil, kaolin clay, kelp powder, bladderwrack seaweed, tea tree essential oil, camphor essential oil, lavender essential oil, sodium lactate, orris root powder
*After saponification no lye remains in the final product.
This bar is vegan. In an effort to remain environmentally conscious, all of our products are palm oil free.
To extend the life and maintain the quality of your soap allow water to drain and soap to dry after use & store in a cool dark place prior to use - we suggest a linen cupboard or clothing drawer.
Our products are handmade in small batches so slight variations in design and colour may occur.
